MLC Volunteer Program

We are providing volunteers a great opportunity to work on meaningful activities MLC. Please join us today and show your passion with experienced skills and this will incredibly help with our admin office's time /cost efficiency.

Qualification  Depends on each department's recruiting conditions or no experience

Time/Location Please check each department's working time/location/conditions below

1. NGO Accounting/HR

​

Location : Home

Working hours : 1hour per month~ more if necessary

Qualifications : any level of experience in Korean NGO Accounting 

​

- Issuance of salary once a month

- Archive receipts and turn them in to accounting company every three months

- Issuance of donation receipts

- Upload annual report and donation list on homepage once a year

- Other basic accounting/hr managements

​

2. Marketing

​

Location : Telecommuting

Working hours : 30min~1hour everyday or if necessary

Requirements :  Need a personal desktop computer or laptop

​

- Update information online/homepage

- Management of SNS tools (create contents, upload, manage)

​

3. PI

​

Location : Telecommuting

Working hours : Once a month, When in need

Requirements  : Excellent in English writing, need a personal desktop computer or laptop

​

- Formation of official documents in English and Korean (one page each when in need) for Foreign Embassies in Korea, Korean Embassies abroad, Hospitals, ODA and NGOs partners

- Formation of public information documents to distribute to media agencies

​

4. Assistant to domestic medical volunteering events

 

Location : Domestic locations (average 2 times per year)

Working hours :  1~2 days 

Requirements :  Anybody with humanitarianism

​

- Assist medical staffs

- Planning/implementing/management of volunteering programs 

​

5. International Hospital research

​

Location : Telecommuting

Working hours :   N/A

Requirements : Should be good at English reading

​

- Find and collect potential cooperative hospitals abroad.

- Contact with hospitals and discuss further cooperation

​

​

Benefits Volunteers at MLC will be appointed as goodwill volunteers and volunteer certificate will be printed once the given tasks accomplished

목적

의료지도자협의체 봉사활동은 봉사자의 축적된 경험으로 도움을 받아 사무국의 업무 효율을 높이고 봉사자에게는 MLC가 이루고자 하는 의미 있는 활동에 참여할 수 있는 기회를 제공합니다.

​

자격 관련 분야 경험자 / 경력 무관

 

근무 기간 봉사자 재량

 

근무 시간/장소 각 분야별 근무시간, 조건 참고

1. NGO 회계/HR

​

근무장소 : 재택근무

근무시간 : 1시간/한 달 ~ 필요시 유동적

자격 : NGO 회계 경험자

​

- 매달 한번 급여명세서 발급

- 3개월에 한번 부가가치세 자료 Archive

- 연말기부금영수증 발급

- 연 1회 기부내역 및 회계자료 작성 및 홈페이지 업로드

- 기타 NGO 회계/HR 관련 업무

​

2. 홍보

​

근무장소 : 재택근무

근무시간 : 매일 30분~ 1시간, 필요시

자격 : 무관, 개인 컴퓨터 소유자

​

- 필요시 홈페이지 정보 업데이트

- SNS 홍보자료 구성 및 업로드, 관리

​

3. 공보

​

근무장소 : 재택근무

근무시간 : 한달 1번, 필요시

자격 : 영어문서 작성 가능자, 개인 컴퓨터 소유자

​

- 재외공관, 재한외교공관, 해외 병원,  ODA 기관 배포용 각 1페이지 영어/한글 공문 작성

- 미디어 매체 홍보용 보도자료 작성

​

4. 국내 의료봉사 보조

​

근무장소 : 국내 의료봉사지 (평균 연 2회)

근무시간 : 의료봉사 기간

자격 : 무관, 봉사정신 함양자

​

- 의료진 보조

- 의료봉사 프로그램 계획/구축/실행 전반

​

5. 해외 병원 추천

​

근무장소 : 자택근무

근무시간 : 봉사자 재량

자격 : 무관

​

- MLC 의 활동 대상이 되고 도움이 필요하다 판단되는 병원 search & 컨택, 논의

- 관련 정보 수집 활동 및 제공

​

​

근무 조건 명예 봉사자 위촉장 수여 및 봉사활동 증명서 제공
